SNMPc from Castle Rock is a bit old looking but allows you to build beautiful real-time network maps with icons that change colors depending on the device status and what you configure.

From one program I can see hardware/software inventories, which device is connected to what switch and port, WOL, access Event Viewer/Services/Computer Management applets on remote PC, beaucoup reports, deploy software and a ton of additional features.
